Your Talent

• 2 years of work experience in a managerial role, preferably in Retail.
• You have a real entrepreneurial spirit and know how to respond to different (sales) situations.
• You don't mind working weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Your communication skills are strong.
• You are not afraid to give a presentation to your colleagues or organize a team meeting.
• You have general knowledge of Microsoft Office. For example, you know how to create a schedule with formulas in Excel.

Your Mission

• You are responsible for the shop floor and ensure that the store manager is fully supported. You report to the store management. You are responsible for achieving the sales targets and KPIs of the store. You are on the shop floor 90% of the time and make sure you exceed the expectations of our customers. You encourage your colleagues to do the same. You will assist the Store Manager with the recruitment process. You will conduct interviews for new employees and evaluation interviews with the Sales Associates and Supervisors. You will help the Store Manager with training and development of your entire team. You are responsible for ensuring that the visual appearance in the store is in line with our PUMA standards. You are the point of contact for our Supervisors. You analyse figures and achieved results together with your colleagues. In this position, you will report to Store management.
