THE POSITION
Are you passionate about computer science and new technologies in general? Do you want to join a rapidly growing international Group - that puts human values at the core of its strategy? Come join a leading software publisher offering "business" solutions for players in the industry and commerce relationship. This group, based in Pays de la Loire (France), Canada, The Netherlands and Tunisia, currently employs over 180 employees, serving 5000 clients.

We are actively looking for a General Manager for our Dutch subsidiary. In this position you will report directly to the Group President.

YOUR MISSION
As the General Manager you are responsible for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of your territory.

• Driving organic and external growth of your BU
• Ensure the profitability of the BU
• Ensure the integration of solutions into the group's catalog
• Ensure the implementation and application of the group's strategy in your territory
• Define and ensure the commercial, marketing, and communication strategy
• Supervise the hierarchical and functional management of sales and marketing teams
• Supervise the hierarchical and functional management of operations teams (integration + N1 and N2 support)
• Ensure the quality and internal processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Next to your territory related responsibilities, you will also actively participate in the development of the Group overall.

YOUR PROFILE
Our ideal candidate would fit the following profile:

• With higher education, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, including 5+ years in a leadership and team management role in the field of IT
• You are comfortable working in an area where requirements for security, customer satisfaction, operational, and organizational performance are high
• You are comfortable in both English and Dutch (additional languages are considered a plus)

Furthermore, your approach can be described as flexible and hands-on, which is required in the dynamic, challenging and high-performance work environment AGENA3000 offers. We are looking for a team player who is result & solution oriented and able to work independently. You have excellent communication skills and cultural understanding. Furthermore, you take ownership and accountability in your role.
