Become a valuable member of the family as our new Meetings Planner! At Hotels & Resorts, we strive to ensure that every meeting, conference, and event is flawlessly executed. As a Meetings Planner, you play a crucial role in planning and coordinating business meetings and events in our hotels.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning and Coordinating: You are responsible for planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events. This includes creating detailed schedules and timelines.
  • Client Contact: You maintain close contact with clients, discuss their needs and requirements, and ensure that these are translated into a seamless event.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with various departments within the hotel, such as catering, technical support, and sales, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • Budget Management: You prepare budgets for events and ensure that these are adhered to. You negotiate with suppliers and service providers to obtain the best prices and terms.
  • Administration: You ensure accurate administration of all bookings, contracts, and payments. You prepare quotes and invoices and follow up on them.
  • Problem Solving: You are the point of contact during events and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Job requirements

  • Flexible to work, including weekends.
  • Creative in coming up with solutions and you like to provide structure.
  • Good at processing numbers.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Both orally and in writing fluent in Dutch and English.
  • By preference, someone with a background in Hospitality
  • Experience in a similar position is a must.
