About the Job

As a Global S&OP Performance intern, you will be part of the SNU Global S&OP Performance team, which is in charge of delivering operational excellence within our global end-to-end Supply Chain network, through continuous optimization of leading KPIs, powered by accurate data reporting and digital tools . Y ou will be working on KPI reporting , and you will identify opportunities for improving the performance across the Specialized Nutrition S&OP network. As part of your scope you will be working with business units and factories around the world.

You will be responsible for

• Run ning weekly and monthly KPI reporting to ensure high quality data available on time ;

• Perform ing root-cause analysis aiming at detecting underperformance and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with Sales Units and factories ;

• Support ing the team with performance animation and presentation for different forums ;

• Support ing or lead ing improvement projects related to reporting and/or performance management

About you

As a Sales and Operations Performance intern , you will have strong data management skills and an analytical mindset . You are able to utilize power BI and relevant tools to provide efficient and accurate reporting . You have an engineering , supply chain or business background , with an eye for detail and logical mindset that supports you in gathering useful insights that can be transformed into solutions . You are a fast learner, team player, have positive energy and ability to prioritize to always meet deadlines. You are not afraid to challenge situations and bring your own ideas forward in order to act proactively in a fast-paced environment . On top of that? You r strong communication skills enable you to have clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

You'll also have the following background:

• Enrolled as a Master student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university );

• Ideally available to start the 15th of August 2024 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - oral and written;

• You are able to work from Hoofddorp office, 2 times per week;

• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
