What do we use your personal data for?

Your personal data is processed by Main Capital Partners for the following purposes. The data is only used and stored for these purposes.

1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Details of individuals who apply to work at Main Capital Partners. We will only use the information you supply to us to process your application. We only disclose information to third parties, for example to take up a reference, when we obtained your consent and we will not disclose any information or take up any reference without informing you and without consent, unless the disclosure is required by law. To execute employment agreements we use information of employees as prescribed by law.

Details of legal representatives of legal entities with whom we are engaged in business, details of contact persons.

Details of UBO's, details of employees for tax obligations.

We can use your information after consent if you have visited our websites, filled our contact or newsletter request forms or registered your company for the Main Software 50 award.

Which personal information is collected?

Personal information that is collected is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes. Personal information will be destroyed or deleted if no longer necessary.
